What can I contact Dutch Yarnery for?

Dutch Yarnery provides three services: consultancy, agency and sale of yarns. Contact us if you have any questions about your yarn project.

I can't find the yarn I'm looking for in the webshop, what now?

Contact us. We may be able to help you further with the help of our extensive sample book collection.

How can I order?

Click on the desired item and choose a weight or add the item directly to your shopping cart. Then choose 'View Cart' and click on 'Proceed to Checkout' at the bottom of the page. Fill in the invoice details and choose your bank at iDeal. Agree to the terms and conditions and click on 'Place order' at the bottom of the page.

After your order you will receive a confirmation of receipt, stating the ordered items and the price. The amounts include 21% VAT.

Ordering via the webshop is not possible, what now?

If the order via the webshop does not work, please fill in the contact form with your order or contact us.

How can I pay?

You can pay directly with iDeal, Pay later, Bancontact or Credit Card via the Web shop. For transfer to our bank account, please contact us.

When will my order be delivered?

We do our very best to ship your order the same day. After receipt of payment, your order will usually be delivered within 5 working days. However, we cannot guarantee an exact date.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address or to a neighbour?

Yes. With your order you can enter a different address or indicate that the package can be delivered to the neighbors.

Can I pick up my order?

No, it is not possible to collect orders from us yourself.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands: Free with orders over € 75,-. For orders up to € 75,-, the shipping costs will be calculated with your order. You also pay the shipping costs yourself when returning.

Outside the Netherlands you also pay shipping costs, which will be calculated with your order.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us in advance for consultation. When we have received the item back unused and undamaged, we will refund the purchase amount to the bank account specified by you. The costs for the return are borne by the customer.

Can I reorder yarns?

Yes, but only if in stock. Please note that stock is limited. Contact us if necessary.

Can I also come and see the yarns?

We can show an extensive sample collection by appointment. Please contact us.

Can I order samples?

Yes it's possible to order samples. We send our samples up to 4 pieces for free. After that it will be €4.95 per additional sample card (there are 2 samples on a card). Please contact us and send your address details together with the SKU numbers for which you would like to receive the samples.
